Asymmetrical Black and White Jug

Striking tall jug created with black stoneware clay. Wheel thrown and altered to create the leaning profile, with an over-size handle to balance the angularity. The carving creates a wave effect around the body of the jug. Glazed in a soft white with raw clay areas to provide a contrast.

Measures approx 28 cm high to the rim (not including lip).
