Pebble Bud Vase

Wheel thrown from soft grey clay. Once leather hard I've incised a line (or 2!) around the vase and inlaid white porcelain. Glazed in a glossy liquorice black internally but left un-glazed outside. Sanded smooth after the firings, this gives the bud vase the smoothness of a sea-washed pebble.

Measures approx 8 cm. As this is handmade there will be slight variations in size and shape. Each of the porcelain lines is uniquely shaped.
